At The Lunch Hut, we use the freshest ingredients to make sure all of the food tastes fantastic, which in turn gives the customers the most enjoyable experience. It is incredibly important to us that each customer feels welcome into our shop and confident to ask any questions about our products or service. All staff are handpicked and chosen for their hospitality experience and their kind nature when speaking with customers. 

We are available to speak with from 7:00am - 2:30pm Mon - Sat and 9:00am - 2:30pm Sundays. Alternatively we are always on our emails, so if ever stuck do give us an email at info@thelunchhut.co.uk.

It is incredibly important to us that when shopping at The lunch Hut you always feel safe and secure - whether thats online or in store.

 

We have made sure to take the strictest measures for hygiene safety, we have a 3 person minimum in store at one time rule, hand sanitisers that are easily accessible, we make sure all of our staff are constantly wearing masks / visors and fresh gloves and much much more. We understand how the coronavirus has affected the population and we would like to make sure our customers are always feeling safe and protected when shopping in store with us. 

When shopping online we follow strict GDPR guidelines and will always protect your personal information. We use third-party banking to verify payment so your bank details will always be secure. All information in your login area, is used primarily for us to help you with your order and knowing which address to send it to.
